For the most part of my career, I’ve been writing. In the recent 5 years, I've been designing with words and simplifying complex interactions, to help users complete their goals.

At ShopBack, I worked with the product team to make it easier and faster for customers to make payments and earn rewards. Through better content design, I contributed to improving the user experience of purchasing vouchers, resulting in an increase of 40% click-through rates and 8% purchase conversions.
